There’s something magical about watching a child discover movement, rhythm, and confidence for the first time — and ballet is the perfect place for that discovery to begin. At the J, our preschool ballet programs blend the joy of creative play with the foundations of classical dance, all in a warm, nurturing environment designed just for little ones.

Through partnerships with two renowned dance organizations, we offer age-appropriate programs that grow with your child:

  • Ballet for Ages 3–4 in partnership with On Pointe Dance Academy): Your youngest dancer will explore basic ballet vocabulary, build coordination, and develop listening skills — all through imaginative, playful instruction designed specifically for this age group. It’s the perfect first step into the world of dance.
  • PreK Ballet (in partnership with Orlando Ballet): For our PreK dancers ready for a bit more structure, this program introduces classical ballet technique with the guidance and expertise of Orlando Ballet’s renowned instructors — building focus, discipline, and a lifelong love of dance.
